  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Manage performance management and employee appraisals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 4–8 years of HR experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices

  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently
