Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dehradun, India. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while effectively managing HR operations and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
– Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
2. Employee Relations:
– Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
– Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive work environment.
– Implement policies and procedures to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
3. Performance Management:
– Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee productivity and performance.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters, including goal setting and feedback.
4. Training and Development:
– Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
– Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
5. HR Administration:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
– Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
– Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
