Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Data Management

– Review and verify accounting data received in Excel format.
– Ensure accurate and timely migration/entry of financial data into Tally ERP.
– Validate ledgers, vouchers, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
– Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all financial transactions.

2. Billing & System Compliance Monitoring

– Review daily billing transactions to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
– Monitor stock movement entries in the system.
– Ensure staff adherence to established accounting and inventory procedures.
– Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

3. Inventory & Stock Control

– Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
– Investigate and report stock variances.
– Ensure proper inventory valuation and stock control mechanisms are maintained.

4. Financial Reporting & MIS

– Prepare and present periodic reports to management, including:
– Inventory valuation reports
– Profitability analysis
– Sales performance reports
– Expense analysis
