Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate all pre-execution activities to ensure project readiness.
- Monitor project progress and provide execution support to site teams.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong business relationships.
Team Mobilization & Coordination
- Mobilize project teams and resources as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication among all project participants.
Site & Warehouse Management
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and civil work execution.
- Ensure proper warehouse maintenance, inventory control, and material handling.
- Monitor material availability and prevent project delays.
Logistics & Supply Chain Planning
- Plan and manage transportation, storage, and delivery of project materials.
- Coordinate supply chain activities to support uninterrupted project execution.
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
Technical Support & Coordination
- Possess a strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and products.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements for smooth execution.
End-to-End Project Management
- Manage projects from planning, mobilization, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, site visits, and project-related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civil project management and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project planning tools, and reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel as required.
