Key Responsibilities
* Engage with leads from webinars, marketing campaigns, and website registrations.
* Conduct counseling calls and explain program details and outcomes.
* Follow up with prospective learners and manage the enrollment pipeline.
* Work towards monthly enrollment targets.
What We Are Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, preferably in EdTech or training institutes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build trust and guide learners in making informed career decisions.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
