Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Manage performance management and employee appraisals
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate training and development programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4–8 years of HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently
