Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Services Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, websites, digital marketing, or technology products.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
