Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Services Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, websites, digital marketing, or technology products.
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
