Job Purpose:
To maintain and manage company IT infrastructure including systems, network, ERP, printers, and data security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain computers, printers, barcode systems, and servers.
- Provide IT support to all departments.
- Manage software and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain data backup (daily/weekly).
- Handle LAN/WAN and internet connectivity issues.
- Ensure cybersecurity and antivirus protection.
- Coordinate with software vendors for updates and support.
- Maintain IT asset register.
- Support digital printing systems connectivity.
- Assist in CCTV monitoring system maintenance.
Qualification:
- BCA / B. Tech IT / Diploma in IT
