Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation strategies to promote The Kaizen Group’s products.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality visual content (photos/videos) showcasing products
• Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendar
• Generate and nurture leads through website, email, and WhatsApp marketing
• Run and optimize digital ads (Google Ads, social media PPC)
• Handle SEO activities (keywords, backlinks, meta tags, traffic analysis)
• Maintain and update Google profile and website content
• Coordinate PR activities and influencer collaborations
• Develop case studies and client testimonials
• Conduct weekly performance updates and reporting
Additional Responsibilities
• Manage external subscriptions and marketing tools
• Pitch to government departments and CSR opportunities across India
• Ensure website UX/UI improvements for better conversions
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media
• Understanding of SEO, ads, and content strategy
• Creative mindset with execution ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
