The Operations Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end on-ground execution of Kaizen Group projects. The role involves managing site operations, overseeing installation and placement of products, and coordinating with teams, vendors, and local authorities to ensure timely and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily offline site operations and execution
• Supervise installation, placement, and commissioning of modular units and smart toilets
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Lead and manage on-site workforce
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Engineering background (Civil / Mechanical / Infrastructure preferred)
• Experience in site execution, installation, or field operations
• Strong team management and coordination skills
• Practical exposure to on-ground market work
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites
