We are looking for a highly competent Operational Manager (Electrical) to oversee our field operations, with a specific focus on High Tension (HT) sites. You will manage the execution team, ensure technical compliance, and guarantee that all projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Operations Management: Oversee daily technical operations on-site, specifically handling HT (High Tension) sites.
Project Planning: Define project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow strategies to meet strict deadlines.
Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to electrical codes, local regulations, and occupational safety protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory electrical engineering role.
Background: Strong core background in Electrical Engineering (Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred).
