Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and organizational support to senior management for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Draft emails, letters, MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
  • Maintain confidential documents and records.
  • Coordinate with HODs for reports and updates.
  • Prepare presentations and MIS reports.
  • Arrange travel bookings and meeting logistics.
  • Follow up on management instructions.
  • Maintain proper filing (emails, letters, notices, agreements).
  • Support HR in documentation and compliance work.

Qualification:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
