Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and organizational support to senior management for smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Draft emails, letters, MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Coordinate with HODs for reports and updates.
- Prepare presentations and MIS reports.
- Arrange travel bookings and meeting logistics.
- Follow up on management instructions.
- Maintain proper filing (emails, letters, notices, agreements).
- Support HR in documentation and compliance work.
