Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language and Literature to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII).
- Prepare lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum and academic standards.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive academic challenges.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
