Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily project activities to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Prepare and maintain Daily MIS (Management Information System) reports and project updates.

  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to track project progress.

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and documentation of project-related tasks.

  • Visit project sites or client locations when required to monitor progress and provide updates.

  • Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation related to the project.

  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with all stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites or client locations when required.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
