Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, site visits, and digital platforms
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain relationships
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and transactions
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
- Stay updated with market trends and property pricing
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of real estate market (preferred)
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Own vehicle is a plus
