Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through calls, social media, online platforms, networking, and other channels.
• Lead Conversion: Connect with prospects, understand their requirements, explain our services, and convert leads into customers.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospective clients to improve conversion rates.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Reporting: Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
