About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join a leading insurance company in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and developing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and advisors.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
