Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our manufacturing facility in Selaqui, Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and overall HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Resolve employee grievances and promote healthy employee relations.
- Implement performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support disciplinary actions and HR policy implementation.
- Liaise with management on workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, ESIC, PF, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
