Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our manufacturing facility in Selaqui, Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and overall HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Resolve employee grievances and promote healthy employee relations.
  • Implement performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support disciplinary actions and HR policy implementation.
  • Liaise with management on workforce planning and HR strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, ESIC, PF, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
