About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Professional to lead and scale our EdTech sales efforts. This role involves managing key institutional accounts, driving revenue growth, mentoring junior sales members, and building long-term
partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, individual educators and education stakeholders.
You will play a strategic role in expanding market presence while being hands-on in field sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for EdTech products and services across assigned territories.
● Identify, target, and onboard schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutional clients.
● Conduct high-level product presentations and solution demonstrations for key decision-makers.
● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs.
● Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with institutional stakeholders.
● Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing customized solutions.
● Ensure client satisfaction through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant discipline
● 5+ years of proven experience in EdTech, Education, or Software Services sales
● Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities
● Proven ability to manage key accounts and handle institutional sales cycles
● Leadership mindset with experience mentoring.
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
● Growth-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
● Preferred: Experience in SaaS or subscription-based sales and handling
school/college decision-makers
