Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Female Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Design basic creatives using tools such as Canva.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas to increase engagement.
- Track and report social media performance and growth metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content creation and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital marketing.
- Basic graphic designing and video editing skills preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
