- Coordinate and monitor 60–70 field/technical teams to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure all project activities meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- Handle approvals, documentation, and reporting related to project progress.
- Act as a point of contact between management and field teams.
- Track project timelines and resolve any operational or technical issues.
- Maintain records of work progress, team performance, and site updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
